Please print and have form(s) completed prior to your pet's appointment with Dr. Block.
Service animals are always welcome!
Animal Chiropractic Patients
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time
Potty your pet prior to arrival.
You and your pet will enter the clinic through the back door which is labeled with our logo. Parking in the rear is available for your convenience.
Dr. Block will open the door when it is time for your appointment. All dogs must be leashed at all times and will have access to only one of the clinic treatment rooms. For cleanliness and sanitation purposes, reception and the main areas of the clinic are off limits to animals.
Leduc Chiropractic Clinic requires that you put a card on file for contactless payments. This helps maintain office cleanliness by keeping the animals at the rear of the clinic. As well as giving us more time with you, rather than taking a payment after your session.
What to Expect
We may require your assistance to handle your pet. At our discretion, we may use restraint techniques such as muzzles, chain, etc. to facilitate treatment. Please NO BASKET MUZZLES or PRONG COLLARS on your dogs. NO SEDATION for your animals.
You may bring your pet's favourite treat or incentive should you have a nervous animal/pet with food allergies.
For barn calls we request enough flat level and dry ground to facilitate and appointment. Have your animal caught and cleared of mud 10 minutes prior to our arrival. Please no show sheen, fly spray, or hoof oil.
Allow your animal 1-2 days post adjustment to rest and recuperate for maximum treatment effectiveness.
