New Patient Information

If you are new to Leduc Chiropractic Clinic, we’d like you to understand who we are, what we do and why we do it.  Leduc Chiropractic Clinic has been operating in Leduc since 1976.  We are very proud of our clinic's reputation and our abilities as evidence based health care providers.  We want to make sure your health needs are met and respected.  Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. Our goal is to make you feel at home.  We hope you reap the benefits of chiropractic care and that it supports your goal of making positive changes to your health and life.

Your First Visit

Your first appointment will take up to 60 minutes. On entrance to our clinic you will find yourself warmly greeted by our front office staff and at that time you will be asked to either present or complete the initial paperwork.  Please bring your Alberta Health Care number and medical contact information. Information pertaining to any previous imaging reports that you have would also be helpful.  One of our experienced doctors will then conduct a comprehensive assessment, including:

  • A consultation, including a detailed history
  • An examination
  • X-rays, if necessary (we’ll refer you to a convenient nearby facility)

If appropriate, you will receive your first chiropractic treatment and your initial treatment plan will be discussed.

Your Second Visit

Your second appointment will take about 15 minutes. During this visit, the doctor will evaluate your X-ray findings (if X-rays were necessary) and discuss any changes in your condition as a result of your first treatment. After this review your will receive your second chiropractic treatment. Specific home exercises and stretches may also be recommended.

Subsequent Visits

Once the initial diagnostic work is completed, regular office visits usually take 10-15 minutes. After your pain and inflammation is reduced and/or your musculoskeletal condition has been corrected and stabilized, it’s up to you to choose the maintenance care that best fits your needs.
Leduc Chiropractic Clinic prides itself on making sure that our patients are well-informed about their health care options.  Contact us today for a convenient appointment time.
