McKenzie offers a versatile clinical approach that balances high-impact recovery with deep relaxation. McKenzie’s goal is to help you reconnect with a sense of ease. By blending focused, firm pressure with a restorative touch, McKenzie ensures that even the most intense treatments support the nervous system’s natural ability to heal.
To further customize your recovery, McKenzie offers Cupping Therapy which uses negative pressure to gently lift tissue, improving blood flow and decompressing tight fascial layers.
Hot Stone techniques, usies targeted heat to melt away muscular "knots" and promote deep relaxation.

Originally from Airdrie and a 2020 graduate of Mount Royal University, Kiara brings a strong clinical background from her experience in a multidisciplinary chiropractic environment. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage and Chronic Headache Relief, utilizing a goal-oriented approach to identify and treat the root causes of physical tension.
Whether you are recovering from a sports-related injury or navigating the complexities of long-term postural strain, Kiara’s treatments are designed to restore mobility and alleviate pain. She is also skilled in Children’s Massage, providing a professional and supportive environment for younger patients to address growth-related discomfort or athletic recovery. To further enhance her treatments, Kiara offers Cupping Therapy as a supplementary tool to decompress fascial restrictions and improve circulation.

Taylor’s treatments are designed for those seeking functional relief and improved mobility. She incorporates targeted therapeutic massage and the option of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to address the stubborn adhesions and tension in the deeper muscle layers where chronic pain often hides.
With a background in personal training and corrective exercise, she doesn't just treat symptoms—she looks at the whole picture. She works to alleviate structural tension on the table and to provide the movement education necessary to keep that pain from returning.
With IASTM, Taylor uses specialized medical-grade tools to treat microscopic scar tissue and fascial grit. Specific strokes break down restrictions and stimulate blood flow to the area. It's an ideal choice for stubborn conditions like plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, or old athletic injuries.
Book with Taylor for a collaborative treatment plan that focuses on how you move, heal, and perform.
