Cancellation Policy
The full appointment fee will be charged for NO SHOW appointments. Cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may also be subject to full appointment fee charges.
When you book an appointment at Leduc Chiropractic Clinic, you are reserving the doctor’s or therapists' time for your exclusive use.
We know that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please be courteous and call the clinic. We will be happy to reschedule you and offer the time to another patient on our waiting list, but will need 24 hours prior notice from you to be able to do so.
If your appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice, it becomes impossible to offer your reserved time to another patient.
Any cancellation fees applied to your account must be paid in full prior to your next appointment
